OUR VALUES STATEMENTS
-Each employee will be treated with respect by co-workers and owners.

-Performance evaluations will be performed after initial 90 days of employment, then 6 month goal reviews and annual performance reviews thereafter.
-New therapists will be oriented over a three month period.
-Each therapist will have the opportunity to co-treat with an owner or other therapist.
-Monthly staff meetings will be conducted for optimal communication and educational opportunities.
-Therapists will be encouraged to join and participate in the APTA and NCPTA.
-Therapists will approach each patient with a goal of returning them to the highest functional level possible regardless of the diagnosis.
-All saff will focus on the positive values of Sports & More and avoid comparison with other therapy providers.
-Consistent with the APTA Code of Ethics each therapist will display respect for all other health care providers regardless of philosophy.
